Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will lead to blowing snow and reduced visibilities. * WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis, Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Grand Portage Reservation. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
